What is the difference between UTP and network cable?

Answer : Problem: What is the difference between UTP and network cable?

UTP is Unshielded Twisted Pair, as opposed to STP Shielded Twisted Pair.  UTP is far less expensive and will do the job fine in most cases.  Use STP when interference is an issue.  If they are not specifying, it is likely UTP, as this is generally standard.  Do a price search on UTP vs. STP and you will quickly realize which one they are advertising.
