Question : Problem: modem driver

I have a modem that is supposed to be a MC97 modem upgrade through AMR. Can you help me find the driver for windows 2000? On the modem I can read FM-56AMR V:SL-A and on the back on the label I see 56AMR/SL-CTR21 S/N 908021675. Thanks
