Question : Problem: Siemens SANTIS ISDN Modem Idle disconnection issue

Me and my few clients are using SANTIS ISDN Modem with built in NT Unit, but its working fine as long as I'm suring continuosly or checking mails but if its idle for few mins it gets disconnected, there is not setting for this idle at modem or windows or ISP end.. so kindly help me if there is any solution.

Did u check the idle timeout by going to My Network Places -> View Network Connections -> Right click your connection name and click properties -> Goto the options tab and there you should see Idle time before hanging up and you can specify to a higher number.
