Question : Problem: difference between BUC (Block Up-Converter) 4 watt and BUC(Block Up-Converter) 3 watt

hi
i do not know if this the right location for this question
i have modem (Idirect) and i get internet from satellite my speed is 2M download and 1M upload (dedicated) my BUC(Block Up-Converter) now is 4 watt ant it stop and i want to change it if i change it to 3 watt what is the side effect on my speed

3 watt BUC should not work for 2M down 1M up , just to confirm: what satellite you using and where are you located?
