Question : Problem: Problem with relayfax

I have an SBS 2003 setup with relayfax.

It can receive the faxes no problem, but when it comes to sending the faxes it doesn't seem to dial the modem.

The software can see the modem  and knows its com settin but it doesn't sseem to send or make any attempt to send.
Any help would be much appreciated
