Question : Problem: Plugins for Adobe Photoshop Deluxe

I installed all software that came with my ScanJet 3300cse and tried to use the Adobe Photoshop Deluxe.  However, when I try to get a picture and choose a scanner, there is NOTHING to choose from.  I searched the help index and got information that I would have to reinstall the software that came with the SCANNER.  I did that numerous times and then went to Adobe website - info there said to go to HP site and download plugins.  Any suggestions????  I cannot use the Adobe Photoshop Deluxe with the scanner at all, but I can use Microsoft Picture It.  Is there anyway to get Adobe Photoshop to work??????

Can u see Adobe Photopaint Deluxe under PrecisionScan LT software (Step 2).  If yes, then use it instead.  If the icon is not there, try reinstalling the scanning software.  If still not there, try download and patching using the file from

http://www.hp.com/cposupport/scanners/software/sj510en.exe.html.

Else try this :

1.  Uninstall the scanning software.

2.  Use Windows Explorer to browse to C:\Windows\Twain_32 and rename folder to something else.

3.  Reinstall the scanning software back.


Try again.
