Question : Problem: Reinstalling OS on Sata drive

I tried to reinstall XP using the recover cd that I had made. But gives me a blue screen. Well I the system doesnt restart automatically, it just shows the blue screen and the message showing
"A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer

PROCESS_INITIALIZATION_FAILED"

The blue screen appears when i reboot the SATA drive using the recovery cd that I had made. It runs smoothly during the process of "Setup is loading files" and as soon as it comes to "Setup is starting Windows" it shows the blue screen.

Hmm the only other thing I can think of is update the bios.
