Question : Problem: Citrix user rights
I have a SBS 2000 domain with the DC running as the licensing server. Also, I have a Windows 2003 server running Citrix and a Windows 2000 server running Citrix. Essentially, everyone has moved to the new 2k3 server except for 2 users. The problem is on the older server I couldn't run some of the programs unless the users were in the domain admin group on the DC. On the 2k3 server, I cannot even login unless they are in the domain admin group. I get the - users must be granted "allow logon through terminal services right". This is checked on the DC though. Any help would be appreciated because I obviously cannot give these users these rights.

On the 2003 TS, who is in the LOCAL Remote Desktop Users group? You must have your users there so they can logon to the TS. For application troubleshooting the best set of tools I think is REGMON/FILEMON (Sysinternals, now part of Microsoft). They will show you exactly where users need rights (registry, filesystem).
