Question : Problem: How to add Autoloader to Symantec Backup Exec

I was wondering if anyone could help out with the following.

We are trying to add an autoloader to Symantec Backup Exec but are unsure on how to proceed. The hardware is detected in Windows but cant seem to find it in Symantec. Any help would be much appreciated.

Have you done a Live Update of the BackupExec to bring down all the latest drivers?

The 1/8 is definitely supported and, if Windows can see it, then BE should
