Question : Problem: How do I Bypass our Firewall Restrictions

Hello, collegues,

Im an IT manager in additional Russian office of French corporation. Central Russian office is located in another place. And Ive encountered strongest firewall restrictions in my new work place.

1.      Im not allowed to go at popular web resources like www.youtube.com ;  www.vkontakte.ru  & use popular IMs like ICQ, MSN etc.
2.      Im not allowed to use FTP.
3.      Im not able to connect to Radmin server through its IP address or DNS name.
4.      I need to have an ability to Remote Control my work PC from home and contrariwise (I had this ability by using LogmeIn service for two months, but it was blocked some days ago).

 We use proxy server (squid/2.5.STABLE9) to access the Internet (so its impossible to ping any Internets host).
I have an ability to use Jabber server trough TLS & port number 443  it works great!
I heard about SSH & VPN tunneling.
How do I Bypass our Firewall Restrictions?
What is the best solution for our problem?
