Question : Problem: FATAL ERROR when booting
New computer been up and running less than a week; yesterday the user reported random reboot problems.
Today I tried to boot up to diagnose and received the following error
Fatal Error
VA runtime version 3.o
VA is enabled but VA partition is not found.
The machine is running XP Pro though I'm not getting that far (these appear to be Intel diagnostics that are running)/
Mobo is Asus P5E-VM DO , Intel Core Duo system.
I'm completely out of my league here.... any help would be appreciated.
