Question : Problem: want to replace the cpu and upgrade to faster cpu need help

Hello there
I would like to upgrade my cpu to as fast as my board will allow, the computer is just over a year old, i currently have a intel pentium4 2ghz.
this is all the information i have :

and that is all i was able to get from a online scan.
