Question : Problem: Desktop Reset

I have a user that has to change his desktop settings every time he logs back in the system. For example, he changes the scree resolution, saves it. Logs off, back in and the settings revert to the one he had before he changed it. I have checked the card/monitor compatability, drivers, and profile. Other users with the same setup have no problems. Is there a registry hack I can do to permanetly fix this?

Answer : Problem: Desktop Reset

I had checked all the settings and policies and they all check out. I went back and tried every possible setting and found that some of the available settings (resolution) don't get along well with the monitor. The documentation also suggested certain resolutions work better. So we found a setting the user liked and changed it to that. So far it's sticking.
