Question : Problem: blackberry contacts problem form outlook

i have a user that has a problem with his blackberry, the contact phone number from outlook with the category of primary are not showing on the blackberry..
Can anyone tell me why the phone number under primary all not syncing?

The field mappings don't look for the "Primary" field.  The sync application just looks at Business, Mobile etc. You can adjust the mapping in Desktop Manager if you sync via cable but the other items may be missed if you remap a field.
