Question : Problem: Hp Image Zone software

Have an XP Pro Machine with HP all in one 2840. The image zone software upoun launching it gives an error of can't create blank padge. I have tried the typical uninstall all hp software and reinstall still gives same eror. I also have downloaded all updates to the software.
