Question : Problem: Print Spooler Continually "Not Running"...

Windows XP re-install...trying to also re-install HP PhotoSmart 2410 printer / scanner...every time I click "Add Printer" Windows responds with "Print Spooler not running".  I then go to "Services" and start Spooler, also making sure its on Automatic...yet, every time I click "Add Printer" - same error message.

Help!

Is this subkey in the registry?

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Monitors\BJ Language Monitor

If not add it and add a string value called "driver" with a value of cnbjmon.dll

And make sure that driver is located in c:\windows\system32
