Question : Problem: Microphone or headset to use with Dragon Naturally Speaking

My client wants to use Dragon Naturally Speaking 9.0 on her Dell desktop running XP home.  She is looking for a microphone or headset to use with it.  Do you have any suggestions as to which is better, a microphone or a headset and where she could buy one that’s good but not too expansive?  Also do you have any advice on how to maximize her chances of success with the program?

I would like to reccomend headset because it is more practice, at least for me.
