Question : Problem: access denied when accessing backup exec remote tool

I have Symantec Backup Exec 11d installed on one server (win 2k server) with SUCH user. I don't want to everytime log in remotely to check the backup. So I installed the remote tool on my client machine (win XP SP2), but when it asks me to login the information to login to the media server, it keeps saying "ACCESS DENIED"!! I am 100000% I have put the correct information. Please advice.
PS/ I installed the Backup Exec agent TOO on my client PC, in case too.

Are you logging on with a logon account that is part of the list of accounts you get from the menu "Network/Logon Accounts"?
