Question : Problem: Drive Invalid Error on Scalar 24 when upgrading from LTO2 to LTO4 drive.

I have an ADIC (Now Quantum) Scalar 24 Tape Library with an LTO-2 Drive. I removed the drive and replaced it with 2 LTO-4 drives. When the library boots up, I reports a Drive 1 Invalid Call Service error for each drive.

I have all the latest firmware installed. Does anyone have any ideas?
