Question : Problem: ISCSI Question
I am trying to setup a HP Blade server to ISCSI boot off of a Netapp Appliance (will be booting windows). From the Netapp side it is no problem. However I am having a disconnect on the HP side. I have enabled the ISCSI boot option on the Embedded 373i Nic Card. I am going through the config file and I have to set an initiator name to the Nic. Where do I get this Initiator name? Is this something i set arbitrarily? If not where do I get it from>
Answer : Problem: ISCSI Question
were you able to apply the iSCSI license? once done you can set the IP address on the HP Network Configuration Utility.
you can launch the HP network configuration utility through network interface properties.
