Question : Problem: Do I need additional software for this type of network

I have 4 computers in my home that I would like to create a home wireless network.  I would like to start with being able to share a large hard drive and print from one computer.  I would like to purchase:

Maxtor Centralaxis 1 T network storage
Linksys WRT61ON N Band wireless router
(HP 2600 printer already have)

Do I need additional software to make this work or is it plug and play?

whoops missed that part. Yes you can setup the printer on the maxtor but if I doesn't work then you will have to share it on a desktop
