Question : Problem: How do I reset my "frozen" Ipod 4GB
I have a 4GB I Pod 1st Generation I believe, just before the Nano. It's frozen with the screen light on. I tried to plug it to sync but it won't. I tried two different computers no luck. The computer recognizes it a new hardware but it won't open I tunes. I looked for a reset hole I don't see one. How can I reset this?
