A msg appear everytime i turn on my PC "Bios CheckSum Rom Error" and it required to insert floppy disk. im using a P3 with PhoenixBios D686. Plz help me to find a bios update and flash programe to fix this problem.

You don't flash a BIOS to fix these kinds of problems.  Most likely, you need to get a new CMOS battery (the coin-sized thing with a + on one side).  This will let your BIOS remember what your settings are the next time you boot.
