Question : Problem: Not able to get email from BES or send Event log
I was having issues with my exchange server this week and had to change some relaying settings because of blacklisting. I am now clean and exchange is operating, but I can't get the BB device to send or get updates. Should I just remove the user account and re-set it up?
Here is the event log that points to an issue.

Answer : Problem: Not able to get email from BES or send Event log
First thing to do is resend the service book from the BES to the BB. If that does not work delete all the service book entries from the BB and then resend them again from the BES.
