Question : Problem: Mails coming into blackberry with wrong name

Guys, got a weird one here.

We run Exchange 2003 SP2 and Blackberry v4.1.

Someone in the firm is receiving mails on their blackberry but they are showing up with the wrong name.

There used to be an employee with the same email and now the new employee  has the same email address, but the ex-employee's account has been deleted.

If someone sends a mail to him it comes into the blackberry addressed to the ex-employee, however the mails come into his Outlook fine.

So it seems to be something to do with the blackberry device.

Anyone seen this before?

Also, in the contacts (either in outlook or the blackberry) do you have the "old employee" with their email address?  If so, the Blackberry will pull the name out of your contacts
