Question : Problem: Verizon Blackberry 7750 sync issue with Outlook

Have this device.  Worked fine.  Now won't sync with outlook.  The handheld is detected no problem and it goes through the sync process but no data is exchanged.  I have reinstalled the desktop software (4.0) and upgraded the handheld software (3.7 to 4.0).  Same issue.  All settings in the software are correct.  Any ideas short of a hard reset?

Try to create a new mail profile in Outlook.  This will pretty much have synchronization set to a blank database.  When you use the Blackberry sync software, configure it to use the new Outlook mail profile and it should pull all of the information out of your 7750.  Below are the instructions to create a mail profile.

1.  Start --> Control Panel --> Mail --> Show Profiles... --> Click on prompt for a profile to be used --> Click Add...
2.  Name your mail profile and set it up.  
3.  Open outlook and select the mail profile
4.  Set Blackberry software to use new mail profile for synchronization.
