Question : Problem: Problem with Dual-Display on ATI Radeon Mobility video card

Hello Experts,
I am having a problem with the Dell Inspiron 5100 (XP Pro SP2) and the dual-display feature of the Radeon Mobility 7500C video card.  I have a S-video cable from the laptop to an RCA composite input on the TV.  I have checked the box "extend my desktop to this display" (to activate the 2nd display).  If I click the "Identify" button, the number "2" appears on the TV.  The problem...all I see on the TV is a blue screen.  As I said, the TV screen reacts with rebooting the laptop or turning the 2nd monitor feature off (the TV changes from blue to black).  The monitor settings appear correct in the Display Properties (refresh rate 60Hz, have tried all supported resolutions).  Any ideas?

If you open an application it opens by default on monitor 1. Selecting "Extend my desktop to this display does not put whatever is on monitor 1 also on monitor 2. If you want todispaly something on monitor 2 you must not have it maximized and drag the window over to monitor 2 and then you'll se it.
