Question : Problem: New ISP, slower web page loading, switch errors

We switched from DSL to a T1 with VOIP.  Web pages are loading slower, timing out.  Going straight into the T1 (Cisco IAD 2430) and pages load fine so it looks like it's on our side.  We have their VOIP switch connected to a netgear FR114p firewall going into a Linksys SRW 2024.  I found these error messages (listed in code) on the Linksys.

New firewall seems to have fixed the problem.
