Question : Problem: Dell Latitude Cpt fan not working

I just bought a used dell laptop and the fan isn't working. I ordered a new one from dell and replaced the old one but it still isn't working. To be specific everything is plugged in but the fan doesn't spin. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it. You can email me at [email protected].

Answer : Problem: Dell Latitude Cpt fan not working

These fans are heat sensing and will run when they need to.  I noticed this on my Dell laptop and called them to question it.  That is the answer they gave me.  They must be right because it never overheated.
