Question : Problem: How to install Leopard on Macbook Pro 2.33Ghz after replacing hard drive?

I recently purchased a macbook pro 2.33Ghz and replaced the hard drive with a 250GB hard drive. Now onto the next step. I purchased Leopard and want to put it on the computer instead of what came with the computer. How would I accomplish this? I am really new to macs and this kind of stuff. Do I need a boot cd, or can I use the leopard cd for the initial install? Thanks for any help

Answer : Problem: How to install Leopard on Macbook Pro 2.33Ghz after replacing hard drive?

Turn on the laptop, put the CD in the drive, and restart it and hold the C key down.  This will force the laptop to boot from the CD.  Follow the install from there.
