Question : Problem: iPhone doesn't play flash in Safari Browser

My iPhone doesn't handle Flash in a web page in Safari. It shows a little 3 D blue box with question marks on two sides and four round buttons on the top.

Is this a generic defect of the iPhone or is there a fix?
