Question : Problem: Cpu Usage at 100%

Hi,

Periodically msnmsgr.exe or outlook.exe take all(99-100%) of the cpu.  They they don't release it unless I kill the process, after which i have to restart the computer if i want to use them again.

I have a Pentium 4 (Forget the model) 2.66GHz, 2 gigs of ram.

Any help is greatly appriciated.

see how you go with process explorer for now.
