Any TV Tuner (Internal) that enable to watch 2 Analog Channel (from home antenna) simultaneously ?

If yes please let's me know the Tuner's provider and which model name ?
If not why don't they do it on the market ?

I saw one which say "Dual analog TV with hardware encoding" (LifeView)

But I'm not sure that enable it or not ? (Maybe it's analog and digital simultaneously)

Note:  The LifeView tuner you listed in your question clearly supports doing what you want, but as near as I can tell is an "announced ... but not yet available" product.

LifeView does, however, have a dual-tuner PCI-e card (note this is NOT a PCI card, so your system must have an available PCI-e slot) that has dual analog tuners and comes with software that supports watching two programs at the same time ... either in a PIP windows or in two independent windows.   This product, the "LifeDuo TV" card, is available now directly from LifeView:

The FlyTV Express X1 MST-A2M card you referred to has dual digital/analog tuners ... so once it becomes available you'll be able to watch two channels at once regardless of whether they're analog or digital => a very nice feature ... but I can't find any indication of when this card might actually be available.
