Question : Problem: Choosing a cell phone

Looking for a cell phone
Heres what I am looking for in addition to regular service:
    Email that I can download via cell tower
    Ability to download email via wifi would be nice as well
    Ability to store and listen to audio files like wma or mp3
    Removable storage for the audio files would be awesome
    I dont really want to spend a lot like on an I-phone and dont really need the camera, and photos
    Dont need GPS service
    Qwerty keypad would be nice
    Convient size

What ideas do you have?
I am a fan of Outlook email and Windows OS, but not married to either.

I've always fancied a q-tek with slide out qwerty keyboard. see:
