Question : Problem: NIC Card Issues (Ping: Trasnmit Failed, error code 1 ) can't ping out

I am unable to solve this NIC card issue. I can release and renew IP addresses fine. I can't ping out at all. When I do I get this message "Ping: Trasnmit Failed, error code 1" 4 times in a row.

I have
Disabled all firewalls (windows and mcafee)
Reinstalled the NIC drivers
Installed in NIC
Reparied the WINSOCK
Booted to Safe mode and still the same thing.
I can't ping 127.0.0.1 or anything else.

Everything is still the same

Try running C:\WINDOWS\network diagnostic\xpnetdiag.exe

OK any fixes it wants to do, and when it's done, display the log.

Copy/paste the last section to a notepad file so you can use a USB stick to get them to the machine you're posting with and copy/paste to the comment box below and Submit them. i.e. if that wizard doesn't fix the problem.
