Question : Problem: External backup overr 100BaseT network

am considering using a single LTO drive to back up multiple servers over a 100baseT network using Backup Exec.  

Can anyone give me an idea of how this would work with backing up approximately 250 Gb of data this way?  Any Idea of how long it would take?

A 100Mbps network should be able to backup 600MB / min without compression. Thus it might take 7 hours to complete the backup of 250GB.

My formula for the speed - 100Mbps / 8 bits = 12.5MB * 80% = 10MB/s
