Question : Problem: What values do I set in iPhone for Exchange on SBS

I have an Windows 2003 SBS Standard server (SP1) with Exchange 2003 Server (SP2).
I can run the Microsoft Mobile Explorer 3.0 utility, with the URL of "https://mail.mydomain.com/oma", provide the network login credentials and get the Exchange Account just fine.

When My client tries to access Exchange using their iPhone 3G (over Edge), they do not get their Exchange Account. I have verified that they have Outlook Mobile Access rights in their user account.

The question I have is, exactly what do I use for the iPhone account settings.

Here is what I have set up, currently

Email: <--the users normal email address (i.e. "[email protected]")
Domain: <-- I left this blank
Username: <-- the users network account user name (i.e. "user")
Password: The users network login password
Server: <-- The Internet FQDN name of the email server (i.e. "mail.mydomain.com")

What am I missing here?

Thanks,

Dave

Like JohnGerhardt said leaving the domain name blank will cause problems. You can also use the configuration utility and push out config files. (http://www.apple.com/support/iphone/enterprise/) that way users just enter their info and its all set up for them. (including certificates, wifi access, vpn, security locks etc.)
