Question : Problem: Sata I vs Sata II cables

Are the cables for Sata I the same as for Sata II?

Are all removable cases for Sata drives the same for Sata I and Sata II?

Or... do I need to look for Sata II cables and Sata II removable trays/cases?

Answer : Problem: Sata I vs Sata II cables

the cables are exactly the same except for the connector of the later gen sata has a locking tab on it. SO data speed wise no difference.
