Question : Problem: HELP! VPN nightmare... Losing client over this one!

Trying to set up a VPN connection between remote location and office. Using MS SBS 2003. Connection works in office when going out to the internet through the office router and back in to the 2nd NIC card which has it's own public Static IP. When trying to connect from a remote location get nothing but error 800. I know the IP addy is correct and am baffled at this one, as I have several VPN's set up and this is the only one I've had this kind of trouble with.

HELP!

Answer : Problem: HELP! VPN nightmare... Losing client over this one!

Error 800 can be an indication some of the security parameters are not configured or allowed to pass.
On the router at the site where the VPN server is located make sure port 1723 is forwarded to the server (assuming you are using PPTP) and that PPTP or GRE-pass through is enabled. Also on the remote site from which you are connecting enable PPTP pass-through. Some routers do not support VPN traffic, could this be the case at the remote site?

Also make sure the remote and local site are using different subnets.
If using other than PPTP advise and I can supply port #'s
