Question : Problem: Odd electronic "popping" sound when changing screens after Vista SP1 install

I just installed SP1 on a 3 month old high performance PC. I use the motherboard sound outputs into a Logitech Z680 5.1 sound system. Intermittantly when I click to change screens or windows, I hear a soft popping sound, as though from electrical interference through my speakers. I think it only started after the SP1 install.

Any thoughts on cause and cure?
