Question : Problem: Installing new disks in Dell poweredge 2900 servers

Hi,
I have 3 Dell poweredge 2900 servers that need disks adding.  I have never done this before, I want to set them up as mirror sets.  Is there anything important I should know about doing this?
Do the disks just slot straight in? How do I config as mirrors?
any help would be great
