Question : Problem: can I upgrade onboard flash memory  from 64MB?

I need to upgrade the IOS on my Cat 6513 however the new image is some 97MB in size.
My current onboard flash is only 64MB.
Can I buy  an upgrade kit to increase the onboard flash to say 256MB? If so, what is the model number please?
I dont really want to have to use a compact flash cards in disk0
