Question : Problem: iphone phone calls through wifi

i have a iphone and att service where I live it does not work at all but I have my wifi so everything works through that but phone calls is there anything I can do?

Used Truphone on a no subscription plan (which makes calls slightly more expensive) as I do not make many calls outside of my allowance. You may be better with a subscription. Not sure of the costs in USA but you can get all the details from http://www.truphone.com/
