Question : Problem: PowerQuest Drive Image 2002 bootable cd

I would like to make a bootable CD to replace the two rescue floppy diskettes since my laptop does not have a floppy drive.  I need some detailed instructions on how to do this.  The CD burner I have is Imgburn.
