Question : Problem: Unable to clear error jobs in queue from end users pc

I have some network printers, the problem is that when a person prints and the job errors for what ever reason.  I bottlenecks the print queue so no one else can print.  The current solution is that they come get me and I log on to the server to delete the job from the queue.  

Is it possible for the user to delete the job from there machine so I don't have to logon to the server?  When I try now it currently says access denied.

Or is it possible to have a job clear automatically once it errors.
