Question : Problem: Backup Exec cannot install tape drive
|

BE 10.0 running on a WIN2K3 server. HP Storageworks Ultrum920 external SCSI drive.
After a reboot the tape drive shows as with a warning in Device Manager and I cannot install it in BE with either Veritas or HP drivers. I have rebooted with each set of drivers, removed the drive and let Windows reinstall it.

I have solved the problem by installing Backup Exec 11d.
