Question : Problem: Cisco 857w Router no internet internally
Hi all,
I recently bought a Cisco 857W router, i don't have any experience with Cisco configurtaions before, so i went online and got some pieces of commands from here and there until i finally was able to access the router using the SDM, setup my DSL connection and did a test on the ATM0.4 interface as in my attached Running Config file and the test was succesful using both the automatic option and user specified using both IP and domain names ... thats the farthest i went !!
my problem is i can't get internet connectivity to my internal network or even ping any outside IP, i am sure it's something simple but like i said i don't have any experience with Cisco commands at all ... if anyone please could look at my Config file and help explainig ( preferably in as much details as they possibly can ) i would really appreciate the help a alot !
Thank you all !
Answer : Problem: Cisco 857w Router no internet internally
Your NAT config is incorrect.
Try this:
conf t
int dialer1
ip nat outside
no ip nat inside source list 1 interface Dialer2 overload
no ip nat inside source list 100 interface Dialer0 overload
ip nat inside source list 1 interface Dialer1 overload
