Question : Problem: HP Deskjet 1220C : Win32 error code returned ...

We just bought an HP Deskjet 1220C, connected it to a HP Jetdirect 170x, installed latest drivers on the server Windows 2000 SP3). When we send a print job to this printer, nothing prints. In the system event log, the following error appears :

Event ID: 61
Source : Print
Type : Error
Description :The document owned by failed to print.
Win32 error code returned by the print processor: 29 (0x1d).

Hi!

I'll help you out a bit.
Thees are drivers for this printer that works for us using w2k and citrix.

It might be the ones you have allready but anyway it's worth a try.
