Question : Problem: Name change in AD not reflecting on Blackberry

I have a user that got married, changed her name in AD in every possible place I could find. Her Blackberry still sends using her maiden name. I've wiped it 3 times and deleted the user from BES 3 times but it still sends using the maiden name.
I saw someone posted something similar in 2006. The way they had to fix it was to delete the user from AD and start everything from scratch. My question is what will the impact be on the user if I were to just delete them out of AD and recreate them from scratch? If there is even the slightest impact to the user this solution is not acceptable.
If anyone has an answer to this that doesn't require me to delete the user out of AD I'm all ears!!

On the server w/ BES installed, just go into Service Manager and restart anything associatated w/ the BES.
