Question : Problem: Blackberry - Accepting Meetings Error

Hi All,

I have a client that's reporting when they try to accept a meeting on their Blackberry device, they get a message saying:

"The meeting may have been updated or deleted since this message was sent"

The device itself synchronises wirelessly with our BES Server, and the client's outlook isn't set to accept / decline meetings automatically. We have over 100 Blackberry users and it's only this client reporting the problem.

Has anyone had this problem before, and do you know of a fix?

Answer : Problem: Blackberry - Accepting Meetings Error

Can you try this:

Delete the desktop Sync service book and then do a resend service books from the BES
If this don't work, clear ALL the service books and provision the handheld.
